there's some new epic online textbook distribution program everyone is automatically enrolled in for $400, but they can't distribute anything to me because i'm going to jp and when i tried to opt out i kept getting an error message saying i wasn't enrolled even though it was on my bill. i tried a week ago to call about it and they told me to send a screenshot of the error so they could put in a ticket about it, but i haven't heard anything since then, scholarships being dispensed automatically payed for it, and the deadline to opt out is only a week away
i'd just call again to argue but i need to go hand off a form anyway so i might as well take care of this in person too
