But basically don't be lazy on the expense of others and no-one will hate you and flip your bed. Treat your fellow conscripts with respect and don't bitch about authority all the time. There's definitely some sergeant on a power trip, just don't make yourself a target for him.
Try to avoid fraternizing with the female conscripts no matter how hot they are. They're 100% roasties and annoying cunts.

Doesn't hurt to physically prepare though.
