I have 2 puppies of the same breed and the other one is easier to train, picks up on nonverbal cues, and can socialize with other dogs respectfully. The retard dog still hasn't learned his name, constantly bothers other dogs and gets bitten/told to fuck off but never does, and he just seems minda brain dead. Like I'll show him a toy and he'll just stare at it again. It's becoming a problem
