How do you get decent at interpersonal comms?
I find it hard to talk to people and when it comes to people I kinda need to be on their good side I fail all the time
this sucks

well there are times when I want to talk with a potential friend/mate and I screw it up most of the time with my overthinking. at least with job relations I'm pretty decent at that but when it comes to making friends or talking with a potential mate I fumble the bag all the time

are you talking more about artists and content creators when followers are involved?
I think interpersonal comms can be used for that but also in everyday life and the like to make everything more clear
