The idea is that some users called/implied AI generated images/art was soulless and to use this somewhat crude drawing by a child is proof even one unskilled in drawing can create better works.
Others agree, only for the original poster of the "drawing" to reveal that they had generated the it using AI image generation software.
A bit of a cheap gotcha but I still think they proved their point fairly well.
