relaxed is for stationary keyboard button firing. Very good for fast moving target tracking
Steady grip is good for shooting pressing mouse while moving zoomed in. Used against enemy snipers. It is harder to hit fast moving targets
steady grip resembles what I like to refer to as the claw grip. The mouse is gripped from the sides for ease of movement although hard to do for long periods of time because it is a clenching motion. The clicking fingers is moved forward over the mouse so that more pressure can be applied to the mouse with less effort, i.e. leveraging, the base of the finger is the strongest and tip is the weakest, thus utilizing more effort to click with the tips of the finger cause the mouse to become unsteady, the aim flinches and you miss
