Turns out reporting things isn't a quick process and requires 7 pages of forms in Canada. I'm annoyed, you wasted my time. This is what a real-life raid looks like... check the rules, mods. Some activist mods are promoting acts of terrorism and the breaking of their local traffic laws and actively banning anyone who goes against it:
