In many pepe images you will find two short thin lines, almost unnoticeable, and they will contain encoded cp put there by one of the alphabet guys. Probably the FBI. You have it on your drive, you post it, you can be arrested if you piss someone off.
It's not all of them, but enough that it is getting some play. The lines are not invisible ... they are not identical in color to any part of the background. But they are small and thin. I would automatically be wary of any Pepe in .png file.
