Use some common sense instead of throwing money away at supplements. First and foremost, get your stool tested for parasites if you're worried you have them. As long as you're a competent cook, you don't eat raw meats and unless you regularly consume fast food or go to restaurants, the odds are relatively low that you do. So again, get a test done instead of jumping on the supplement train. But also know that we humans aren't exactly a singular entity. Our bodies are colonies to many microorganisms, which play extremely important roles in our health. Our gut biome is like a separate organ. You gotta feed those critters healthy fibers like green veg, so that they produce happy chemicals for you. You get 90% of your serotonin from your gut bacteria. It's very much a symbiotic relationship. Also, some parasites aren't entirely bad and are actually useful. It depends, of course. That's why you get tested first, before taking drugs that wreck your gut and might do more harm than good. Another interesting tidbit that you may not know is that your immune system is primarily located in the gut. Respect your fucking guts and the critters that live there. That's the reality of how we are. Don't wreck the symbiosis or you'll be sorry. Not like it's my problem anyway. You were warned.

You are right, but if you have overgrown yeast infection or already infested you have to resort at least to some naturopathy otherwise it will be difficult.
