This is a political. Money and diet are two of the means of our enslavement so having an independent diet is important. I grew up very poor and learned to cook things on the cheap. Now as an adult I can cook anything from scraps but I notice most millennials and fewer zoomers can cook. It's foreign to them. My friends are always ordering food which at minimum costs $20 with delivery. For $20 I can cook 5 meals or 2 fantastic very large meals.
