I am german. I speak german. I am high IQ but cant go to the University because i dont have the qualifications for that.

Meanwhile every 60iq Afghan that visited school for 2 years and dont speak german very well can just go to the University and studie for free !?

True but you have to be family with the the system which some people may or may not. Usually familiarity with how one is familiar with how schooling system works us based off if ones parents and to a lesser extent close relatives.

parents aren't even forced to follow the teachers advice so you can just go to one anyway (not like it's that difficult to get a recommendation as even i got it)
