The skaven, the chaos gods, the vampire counts, etc. I don't believe are tolkien ripoffs at all
Even the humans are a bit different since they're much more like the holy roman empire with some more advanced tech than like gondor/rohan
the *lves, dwarves, and orks haven't got much excuse
on the other hand stuff like space marines, *ldar (space *lves), 40k orks, chaos, etc is pretty trash
the imperial army and necrons are probably the only good parts about it
