Tell them you want to appeal a ban. Give them your trip. If you also have your home ip that's been rangebanned, provide that as well first. At this point they will look up your ban and they'll let you know if they need more info about your ip or the ban message or the post you were banned for.
Then they'll say "you were banned for breaking this rule". Then you basically tell them how you weren't spamming but maybe someone else was. Say you should have paid more careful attention to the catalog, how you shouldn't have posted a frog when someone was spamming, how you'll do better in the future, and apologize (it is important that you do all of this).
Hopefully that should be enough. I never had to appeal a trip ban or a ip rangeban tho so idk how that will go. Hopefully they will be able to resolve it
