I have a bit of a weird situation and im not sure if i should be honest about it in the ad and how much to charge.
Also should I even ask for last months rent or just make it so that they can leave on short notice for both of our own good?
Ideal roommate:
1. Goes to work during the day
2. Must not have guests over (apartment too small)
3. Must wash hands when returning home from outside
4. Preferably does not smoke
5. Quiet, can’t really play music but can watch videos/movies in room as long as not insanely loud
6. Goes to sleep by 11pm-12pm
7. Brings only one suitcase of stuff and can share everything else with me (It is furnished and there is a bed)
8. Downstairs tenant is psycho. He might slam doors sometimes or play his TV loud.
Help please guys. I want someone to live with me cause rent is too expensive and also I want a witness with me.
Also, should I just try to do like an airbnb type thing instead so that people only stay for like a day or something?
I don’t care if it’s a guy or a girl but desu I’m more scared of girls because they can be really catty and bitchy
