>>16956628From what I understand it is the fermentation process that makes up most of the phytoestrogens we see in soi. Tofu for instance has a lot less. And even then, phytoestrogens are varied. Pomegrenate has estrogen like compounds that bind to receptors on your cells and block out E, while having little to no effect.
In the albedo of citrus fruits, particularly grapefruit, you find the flavinoid naragin that acts against E. It's been used in menopausal women to ease their symptoms. And literal onions contains lots of quercetin and sulphur, that keeps your balls healthy. What I'd be worried about is the soi oil and the ash. Oils and soot cause cancer, but soi hulls are full of fiber and probably great for your gut biome -> more serotonin and domapine to be chill like an alpha silverback.
I wont buy the stuff because of oil and ash, but other than that it actually looks really good.
