I talk with myself alot since covid. I have a few friends and I think that may be the reason. Can u help my guys?

I've always done that to an extent but since moving to a new city where I don't have many friends it got a lot worse, even more so with covid since I'm pretty much home at all the time now. It seems wrong but I only do it when I'm by myself. Other than that I'm normal in public. I don't hear voices or talk to imaginary people. My neighbors probably think I'm insane though. Feels bad man, sometimes I'll argue with myself about shit for hours.

Maybe that's not the right way to describe it. A better way might be second-guessing myself. Another example is explaining something as if someone else was there though I know no one is.
