>>16962987wrong. unfortunately being an mmo means it's susceptible to weird balancing issues and/or bad expansion features causing problems, but when everything is in order 3v3 arena is one of the best pvp games ever made
better than ever if anything. i still don't particularly know what's triggering the anxiety in the first place, but all the severe symptoms were coming from a feedback loop where i got more anxious the worse the symptoms got because i didn't know what was causing them. it ended up turning into a panic attack because i was getting both shortness of breath and dizziness so i was worried that i'd pass out and suffocate, but that's literally impossible if the source is anxiety because the whole reason you pass out during panic attacks is so that you calm down
i've probably had anxiety effecting my sleep in smaller ways for years now without realizing it, but now that i know that's the problem it's easy to just stay calm and fall asleep. for some reason throughout the day i'm still having new issues like random chest pain which i'd never had before the episode, but that stuff goes away after a second or two if i focus on it and just never follows me to bed in the first place
>>16962997not to playlists, but it takes a lot of active self control to pay attention to something new while i'm listening to it then not immediately discard everything but the best song or two. that's if i even listen to a whole album in the first place instead of just an artist's hits or whatever shows up on my discover weekly
the hope is that by having to find stuff manually and as whole albums i'll be forced to cherish my library rather than mindlessly wade through the millions of songs at my fingertips
>>16963005well we get ice once every 2 years u kno? more economical just to let everything close for a day or 2 when it happens
truly delusional
but it's very good and gets cut extremely short with talking over the whole thing in the show
