If the government wants men to be productive, motivated, cooperative, loyal and avoid unnecessary infighting and mistrust among fellow men then it must grant them an easy access to pussy.

Otherwise the government will have to deal with entire generation of dysfunctional, disabled men without work, education or any useful traits, none of them will have any incentive to work or fight for their country, instead they'll rather join their enemies and burn down their own homeland, Men are not designed to live alone, men need to be satisfied, otherwise their mind will be occupied with having sex above everything else just like hungry men will only think about getting food by any means necessary which will lead to violence and cannibalism.

Ancients people knew this and religious fanatics who are still living in the stone age know this simple truth but our government is deliberately creating conditions under which men can no longer find a partner. Globalization, outsourcing, advanced technology, various forms of surrogates and simulacrums, immigration and other system exploits won't solve this issue because masses of foreigners will become separated and alienated even faster than the natives which will accelerate the collapse.
