why do italians have such a fragile and weak structure? is genetic?

when i went europe on vacation, i passed trough italy and everyone looked like a scrawny somali, i could've crushed them all with a single finger.

All italian related people i saw are ugly and rat faced, i assiciate italian surnames with revolting deformity
Why are italians so ugly?
Most of them have crooked noses, ugly mouths, droppy corpse eyes, weak jaws and long faces.
