I've been using duloxetine and Aripiprazole for depression but they just make feel retarded and make my pp not erect also make me feel tired all the time. I don't even feel depressed I just don't enjoy vidya and anime anymore and feel like I am not myself like I don't live at all. Ik this isn't /adv/ but most people here would say just take your pills and don't care so what should I do?

Yes. Depression is caused by lack of exercise and poor diet. That shit is literally poison, and in some cases, a form of legal meth. Every time I meet someone that takes that shit, it's always some fat fuck or some wimpy SJW. I have never met a person that takes antidepressants that wasn't already a loser to begin with.

The fact is that antidepressants are being prescribed to people who aren't clinically depressed but feel depressed due to environmental factors. My own mother who's a licenced therapist had me take those pills when I was 18 without even an ounce of thought going into other factors. That was right after I had been stuck in mandatory army service for 3 months without getting home (you're supposed to go home most weekends but the boss guy didn't like me) and when I got out for christmas weekend my girlfriend dumped me. The average female therapist/psychologist whatever is disinterested, dumb and doesn't care if they make you eat stuff that ruins your brain.

Have a coworker on antidepressants, trying to leave them atm.
He started when he got a serious depression some 3 years ago.
Now he's been cutting on that shit and while he was very laid back before, he now has the energy of a 20 year old (he's 45), is extremely happy and very talkative. He also gets a bit angered and bored by stuff. All the signs of a well regulated brain, showing the whole palette of emotions. He still says it's a nightmare to give up on them due to the huge headaches he gets when he goes one or two days without a single pill.

I was on prozac for 6 years.
I don't remember anything from it. 6 years of my life, gone. Its just...gone. I don't know anymore. I'm basically broken. I can't function anymore. My brain doesn't work. I don't know how I woke up and stopped using them, I never should have started. I sometimes just wake up and I'm confused again, forgetful again, I don't know anything. Its terrifying. And I don't think it'll ever get better. I think its getting worse. I'm so alone.

You don't know a goddamn thing about T3. T3 does not induce hyperthyroidism. That's a cluster of symptoms which some people experience when they supplement too much T4 or iodine. T3 doesn't do any of that shit you just mentioned, and doctors won't prescribe T3. They prescribe T4 which is the stuff people have to be extra careful with because it easily causes more problems that it's worth. You should this article so you can dispell some of your ignorance:

Here are the rules for safe T3 administration:
Do not take under famine conditions because it will cause you to burn energy faster.
Do not take more than the recommended dosage for your bodyweight.

The increased heart rate is a good thing (very useful against being a slow, depressed faggot). If you actually read experiments, "hyperthyroidism" is induced by T4 administration. "Hyperthyroid" people have trouble converting T4 into T3. Their symptoms can get better if they are given T3. "Hyperthyroid" symptoms as a whole are caused by excess T4.
