The yankees in the army don't fight most of the time, and do other kinds of jobs, besides there aren't many active wars at the moment where the yankees participate so it is unlikely that they will die in combat. But a trans person suffers from many mental illnesses, such as depression, anxiety, gender dysphoria, etc., not to mention that they have very low self-esteem, and almost half of trans people have ever attempted suicide. So it is more likely that a trans will die before a soldier.
