Yes. 20 km is a good amount of walking every day. How long does it take you? See if you can get it down to 3 hours.

I spend all day at work walking around, picking up 150-200 lbs, pulling thousands of lbs around on pallets, then when lunch comes, I skateboard the entire break.

I suggest you go into basketball, tenis or waterpollo. I wouldn't bother with football though

I never understood running. It destroys tour knees. Sure, it's a faster calorie burn, sure it gets your heart pumping harder but you can achieve the same effect by walking, briskly. It will take you more time but imo it's much more enjoyable too.
I don't like the normal exercise because I find it mindbogingly boring. I like to chop wood, hike off trail for mushrooms and herbs. I like clearing my land etc. It all gets me enough "excercuse" and isn't putting me to sleep.

I have adhd and I've just accepted I'm fucking retarded and have to study longer than others. Nothing is more horrifying to me than working at McDonald's. Like it actually feels like dying. I need to study harder.

Have you considered studying while doing something?
What we did with my brothers I would read them the lesson while they were running around (I'm the oldest of 3). And I mean they would burn energy and answer questions when I was reading and quizzing them on stuff.
We were all children then and figured it out. They never had any problems. They just needed a person sitting there reading to them while they were moving and keeping them on track.
I made up games, active ones, and prizes for getting shit right too.

Yup. Mountain hiking is absolutely soul feeding and gets you so much more exercise than running in circle like a hamster.
I always recommend people take active vacations in the mountains and just go to walk there. Ho explore. Get off the fucking path.
Not too much for the cityfag since they will get lost but even a little. People who listened got hooked and one of them moved to the mountains.
Some people love to do it on the beaches or even regular forest but all reconnect with nature (as gay as it sounds) and are better for it.

Checked. Meh anon. I know how to run, I just don't like it.
My knees are genetically weak and I have blown both of them before 18.
Brisk walking does not injure them. Walking up and down the mountains doesn't neither.
I start running and after a while my knees feel like I'm 95.
Also I enjoy the slower-ish pace and the ability to do something productive like finding mushrooms. Running for the sake of running is something that I don't get.
