I would never betray my girlfriend. but its fairly easy to understand why men do this. No worries, no problems, just drink and maybe do some substances and have fun with your friends. As long as the girl isn't trafficked I don't see whats wrong with this. If two adults want to do something consensual.. where's the issue?
I've gone three times after I got 18(Prostitution is legal in Germany), but never after this. But I think it's up to everyone whatever he/she/it likes to do.
