if you thinking about it having someone taste your food for poison is a bad idea because the poison tester would develop a resistance to poison after a while and then they might taste something and not react to the poison because they are immune and you would eat it thinking you will be fine but then you die (of being poisoned)
the real solution is just to be nice so that people won't want to poison you
