The laws came first, because there was no culture or acceptance, it had to be forced, and once forced that is when normies notice it, before that it was only a few out on various fringes, those with a special interest in politics, or they might be one of the rare few that have met or know a tranny in real life, those that work in a field touched by it early or people just hanging out here, those types of people would be the only ones to know before, but now they can see because it got forced into focus
