i've been confused lately about life, but it feels like a lot has been clearing up for me lately. it's not about chasing status, wealth, or success. or even living under someone's heel, just trying to scrape by. it's about love. not strictly romantic, but giving into your heart, pursuing passion, and spending time with people you love. it's not always a pretty life because everyone is subjected to an inherently traumatic existence, but it's these things that you have love for that help you move forward and allow you to fearlessly enjoy yourself in the moment. everybody has the ability to make decisions and choose for themselves what they want out of their life. some choices are harder to make than others, but as philosopher friedrich nietzsche put it, "he who has a why, can bear almost any how"
