I struggle with holding jobs because I don't care about the basic wagie positions I do. The jobs do not give me satisfaction, a sense of purpose, or fill me with any pride. If it's not me doing it, it'll be some other schmuck off the street.

How do I find a decent career? Is it possible to have a job that will fill my head with all of its little intricacies, be varied in task enough to not bore me, make it feel like my actions have impact, and maybe even get my blood pumping at times?
