Oh Spainbro, I tried, I really did. Just moved back to Ireland after living in Spain for 18 months. My thoughts:
Your food is ok. Nothing special. Certainly better than Irish cuisine (our agricultural produce is absolutely top-tier though and suits the way I eat far better).
Your women are beautiful, but ABSOLUTELY FUCKING INSANE. The reason I moved back to Ireland was die to a breakup with an absolutely batshit Spanish woman. Unstable people, whorish pasts, completely unable to control themselves when emotional.
It's a great country in many ways. There is still a good sense of community there that has perished elsewhere. The natural areas are amazing, and obviously the weather is great (except in summer, much too hot). People spend their time outdoors. But the people are weird, and think you are weird if you don't embarrassingly sperg out (never physically, Spanish are pussies) in the slightest of emotionally heightened situations. Also you guys are thoroughly ZOGged.

I was in Andalucia which apparently has a particular reputation of laziness. It also gets hot as fuck there around 2-4pm most of the year. Siesta is a thing for sure and most shops will close around that time. Whether you use that time to sleep or just chill is your own business though.
Sleeping during the day seemed like a bigger thing in Vietnam than in Spain, on the whole. Lunchtime naps there were taken by all my VNese co-workers.
