Go fill up a gas can, wait until your family have left the house for a day or two, put warning notes on all the doors and garage, wait until it's night time, and start the engine of the car with the windows mostly closed and circulate the exhaust back in. I'd recommend taking sleeping pills with alcohol to ensure you don't get anxious. It'll be warm, you'll nod off happy, and won't wake back up. Oh, and remember to piss and shit beforehand - your family shouldn't have to deal with that, nor the cleaners.
