Introspective Meditation AT LEAST ONCE IN LIFE for 17 minutes. You can't do it... ONCE?? Prefer daily.
You need a chunk of time (one hour in morning) and full sleep. Cut back gaming at night, I know thats what you do. You dont need to cut gaming just cut back so you get full sleep.

You need the dopamine and norepinephrine.
You need the magnesium and vitamin d (prefer you do bloodwork to see levels.)
You need that hour in the morning to do exercise, med and cold shower.
Your diet is a big part of this.
Not all this is achievable instantly, build your habits.
You have to do a lot to get your executive function to a reasonable baseline but it is possible. Then you have both a normal mind and the ability to hyper focus sometimes, you are better than normal.
If you require some medication that is fine! You will require less. Adjust your dosage as necessary. You don't need to lower it with your doctor if you don't feel comfortable just take it less.
