Motivation will only get you so far, the real deal is DISCIPLINE, this means, doing stuff you don't like in order to achieve a better life. There is absolutely no human being free from this, everyone thinks motivation will push their spirits into a state of happiness about the chores needed to be done and that spirit will carry them as a sort of automatic pilot into their objectives. Reality is far away from that, the truth is you'll have to do stuff you don't like, study for instance, and you will be bored and sleepy like everybody else, but you HAVE to do them independently of how you feel about them. That's why that statue representing a man polishing himself out of a piece of marble is very accurate, because in the proccess of becoming better, you are both the sculptor and the marble, so it will HURT, and it's supposed to hurt.
