Is your form decent with your exercises? are you going frequently? I don't think its DOMS since it usually goes away after a couple weeks. There is a lot possibilities for why you are hurting and if it gets serious I would go to the doctor hopefully before getting a long term injury, they suck :/
2 months of exercise is really decent mate keep going with your progress and gains it will be worth it in the long run and enjoy the journey as well
