You know back then if they had the wrong price label on an item at the supermarket, most supermarkets would have a policy to let you have the item at the lower price if the label was lower than the actual price? You know restaurants used to give you the entire meal for free if you found a hair in it? Not just replace the one dish? Some people abused this shit, but it also resulted in a higher level of service. These days service is dead because nobody is accountable.
