>>1706675You can only metabolise stored fat when blood sugar is at normal level, so either:
1) intermittent fast, don't eat for as much of the day as possible. I did this by only eating one meal a day and lost 10 kg in about a month. It's only difficult for the first day.
2) consume as little carbohydrate as possible so your blood sugar can never raise in the first place. I've never personally done this, but I've heard it can make you ill if you don't do it right.
