it is quite simple
You take 3 onions and roast them in oil butter or mageriene whatever you have just there.
then you take a packet of strained tomatoes and pour it on top of it

now the fun part begins.
take whatever spices you have and sprinkle them in there. a little bit of everything.

You can combine this sauce with anything
if you have chicken, throw it in
pork? go for it
this time I only had 2 slices of smoked ham it worked out well anyway
