Well, I would not really know without knowing more about you. You kinda sorta sounded like me in the opening post, and there's pretty much nothing that is right with me (which is why I replied, and said what I said, I was talking about myself more than about you).
Now if you want to talk more about your woes, I can listen, but really, I am not the best person to do that with. And bant is far from the best platform to do that on, given how we both kinda hate it.

Well, I really don't have some answers for you and for myself... uh... I have mostly found refuge in escapism. Video games and the like, I am mostly content as long as I have my circus. That's not a good thing, but it's not like I know any better. I lived on the street for a bit and flirted a little with suicide but that led me nowhere. I am more of a materialistic person and right now I have two main concers: money and someone I betrayed like a piece of shit. I have no idea how to deal with either of them.
I am rambling sorry. I doubt any of this helps in any way...uh. You can always work out, meditate about the good times when they come (one of my problems seems to be how much I focus on the negative), eat healthy, try to find different people to hang out with if you don't like your current friends, get a creative hobby, other generic advice etc

it doesn't matter to me. all that matters is what you gain out of this interaction, whether to vent your emotions out onto me, or bother to give me the time of day. it's almost best to just not bother at all sometimes to avoid thinking about difficult things...

It really does sound like you should add new things to your life. It's maybe all you can do from a state of near-apathy, try to look for something until you find it. And these things tend to come from places where you would not even think to look at first...blah
To think that I used this board as emotional support until I started hating it lol. I made some awful threads on other boards, lashing out and shit, before coming here, managing to calm down a lot but eventually just got back to making shit angry threads but even worse than before. At least I am over that, yay progress

it's a pain, having to rely on this place to give you the attention and emotional support you need. it's like a foster home, where all the kids who get neglected by their parents go. where everybody just lashes out at eachother, and it becomes a screaming match for who can get the most attention. that's just the way i view things, and it turns me from a victim to a perpetrator, actively participating in it. i hate thinking about things this way because i feel no pride in myself being here. instead, i loathe myself deeply. in the end, we're all so very broken inside by the tragedies of the past that still haunt us today, and maybe a place like this isn't the best environment for any of us to flourish, but for now, it seems like all we have.
