Alcohol isn't good for you in any way, at any amount. Cutting out alcohol is like cutting out sugar or fast food.
People who have a problem with others not drinking are just trying to hide their insecurities and wrongly think they are being judged for it. If they feel that way it is probably because they are a degenerate fuck rather than a casual consumer during dinner/special occasions.
>Medieval Jews were grain distillers. They'd get goyim addicted to alcohol, so that they would sell their grain to maintain the habit, then Jews would distill that grain to make more alcohol.
>They created devastating famines by distilling the goyim's food reserves then serving it back to them (on credit of course).
>The plebs lost everything and died in droves.
Booze is quite literally the liquid Jew. The government wants you drunk, depressed, angry, and easy to control. You don't have to label yourself an "Alcoholic", you can admit that in the past you had a drinking problem but that doesn't define you for the rest of your life. You're only an alcoholic if you're still drinking. As long as you do not drink, you are no longer an alcoholic.
The point of alcohol is that it lowers your inhibitions and impairs your judgement. It's not a character flaw that you can't control yourself once you are already impaired. It's by design.
What you can do is get angry enough at alcohol and people who drink that you cut it out of your life completely.
Ever noticed that we have formula shortages, bread shortages, meat shortages but NEVER EVER there are booze shortages? No shortages and the tax on make it the perfect consumer item.
