How common is thing in your country?
I see far far worse things in Israeli streets on a daily basis, but they don't include nudity per se, unless you count in the plague of men peeing in publuic fully exposing themselves - this has become very very commonplace in recent years for some strange reason. Very disgusting, but Israelis never were into aesthetics anyway.
