Racism is just an intention it’s never bad on its own. For example if I assault someone because they are black, it’s racist but it’s not bad because it’s racist. It’s bad because it’s assault.
If I rape a black woman because she is black, it’s bad because I raped someone not because I raped someone black.

The racism aspect is just the motive. But there is no crime on this planet that is made worse because the motive was racism. Rape is rape, murder is murder, an insult is an insult.
