It's funny because "demographic crisis" doesn't mean "oh my fucking god, the country is getting empty, there are literally no people living there anymore!!!," it just means "there are more old people than young people and we can't afford retirement pensions anymore."
So, the solution is that the county must keep growing permanently to ensure that every passing year there are more young people than old people. Which obviously means that when those young people become old, there will must be even more young people. Endless growth, forever. Sounds like a flawless plan.
