I run a car detailing business and have been trying to get staff.
I've tried to go through so many staff and every young person I hire just ends up being a SSRI laden mess (pic related).
I finally ended up hiring a darkie.
Here's the thing.
> Virtually Always on Time
> Available at Short Notice
> Happy to work longer when needed
> Does a decent job (eventually)
But here's the other thing
> Obviously touches dick and adjusts package without shame
> Seemingly can't speak out loud, mumbled speech and always up to something it seems
> Although his output is good I have to constantly point out what he's doing wrong and I don't have faith he can work unsupervised.
What do I do from here? I'm thinking of just being a sole operator again, too much headache trying to employ young staff these days.
