1 kilogram of potatoes costs 0.65 bucks. You could buy a few and fry them every day. With some cheap cheese. And a fried egg. One egg is 0.4 bucks.
Or you could buy some some cheap vegetables, onions, tomatoes, beet root, carrots and make a soup.

It's not a problem at all at (just eat 5 eggs a day + some cheap vegetables like cabbage + grains/legumes). The problem is eating like that for a year or longer. Will it have all nutrients and stuff I possibly get when I'm eating without restrictions like that? That's where the problem possibly is.

The way I was taught is to just put it in slightly salted water, turn the heat on for 20 minutes, then remove the water and add garnish. A sauce, steamed pork/beef, carrots, whatever. At one point in life I would just dump one of the barilla sauces in it even though those are probably intended for pasta. It's not exactly a fancy dish, but it's nutritious, cheap, provides some variety if fed up with potatoes, pasta, rice etc.
I've also seen people just boil some water in a kettle, pour it into a bowl of dry buckwheat and wait for it to absorb the water becoming moist and edible. Takes longer to happen so I don't really see it as an advantageous method.

Buckwheat is incredibly filling. My wife who is Ukr introduced me to it. She makes it in batches for the week with either grilled chicken chunks or some kind of beef. And the supermarkets around us discount beef when it gets close to expiration. What was a $30+ pack of steaks will be under $10 and still all read, no brown. I cook them the same day or freeze them immediately.

Officially, yes. In practice, no.
Government employees are also lazy bums so they can't be arsed to check if all the leeches are keeping busy.
I haven't contacted them in forever and they don't contact me either so they probably forgot about me, which is fine by me.

But yeah, maybe one day the party will be up and they'll stop supporting my lavish lifestyle.
But by then I'll have gotten lots of money out of it so I can live comfortably for at least another year until I'll have to get back to work.
