It's easier to think of obvious cuts: the territories (its just indians and like past "The Wall"), Quebec, and the Atlantic Provinces (Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, PEI and New Brunswick).
Ontario and Manitoba are the only debatable ones, but I think we need to keep Ontario, which means might as well keep Manitoba. As gay as Toronto is, we need the business and finance there. I can live somewhere else.
