Probably nothing. I've an open mind about these things though. Maybe there's a god or gods out there who care about preserving some aspect of us after death but I doubt any existing religion has actually gotten it right. They seem mired in the cultures and politics of their times, seeking more to propagate memetically than anything. In my opinion though, the closest we get to life after death is if the universe is infinite. If the universe is really unending then all probabilities become inevitabilities. The chance that human evolution reoccurs on another planet some day and eventually makes another you is so unlikely it may as we'll be 0%, but infinity turns even the slightest fraction of a decimal into 100%. It could even be the exact same atoms. In that case then there'll be infinite versions of "you", though unless souls are real then there's no continuity of spirit or consciousness which is what people want.
That's if infinity is real of course. I'm not smart enough to understand all those theoretical physics things and I take people's word on it with a grain of salt, even if they are very intelligent. It's all a "maybe" to me.
