I would highly recommend checking it out if you can, you might change your mind on Christianity once you read about the orthodox perspective.

Though I still have reservations about having an organised Church.

Also, whilst we are on the topic. I hear a lot of people in anti-Christianity circles talk about how it is a weak religion due to the teaching that we should 'turn the other cheek'. This teaching can be looked at in two different ways (other than the anti-christian teaching of weakness).
1. That we should turn the other cheek because it doesn't matter what people do to you in the physical realm
2. That turning the other cheek in the Roman times meant that the centurion had to treat you like an equal by slapping you with his other hand.
Both of these POV are congruent with bible teaching and make a lot of sense. Christianity is a lot more metaphysical than people give it credit for. Rejection of this fallen world is paramount.
