Hello, I've been looking for the name of a movie that traumatized certain scenes for me for a while:

The movie is about a man who has a car accident and falls into a coma and let's say he goes to a strange world that there are creatures (I don't remember anymore)
There was a scene where a monster ''woman'' came out as very big and took care of or caressed the guy, it disturbed me. Does anyone know what the name is made of is a movie?
