Daniel here, I claim to use an "IP consolidator" an advanced piece of hardware to grab ips, but as far as I know this object is fictitious. I simply gaslight people into believing falsities (and since you're all autistic TF2 players you believe me, it also helps that everyone is a tech illiterate windowsfag). It's interesting how long this has dragged on but I tire of this charade! Don't even try to use some sort of IP scrambler, I will convince you to hand over all your info to me as I am a master manipulator. Anyways, I'm on a business trip in Singapore rn...
