They're the infamous 4Chan group. Nothing more than notorious hackers and hardened criminals.
They spend their time posting on image boards under the name anonymous. That way they can hide their identity and continue to wreak havoc. Often using digital steganography they hide virus code or other sensitive information inside the images they post. Other times they play pranks on others, luring them into traps. The most common one is asking for cheese pizza. An unsuspecting person thinking the thread is about food happily posts and then is tracked by the fbi for posting in a child pornography thread. The ruin people's lives for laughs, or as they put it "Lols".
They're most recent prank was ensuring Donald Trumps presidency. Using sophisticated social engineering and a bit of code they single handedly undermined the US and blamed it on Russia. My guess why they did it, they want to start WW III and a new world order.
Trust me when I say you got lucky kid. All you got was harassed by them online? I'd trade anything for that. I'm in hiding now, I'm sitting behind 3 proxies (can't afford more) hoping they can't track me. I was a victim of their cheese pizza threads. But I've said to much now. Just keep your head high and be careful.
