You have to use residential vpns like mysterium. Most non residential vpns use the same ranges of ips so they get quickly rangebanned after getting abused. It's harder to rangeban residential proxies because they don't have the same ip range.

the problem with the vpns is that sometimes you get very shitty proxies that take ages to load stuff so even if i want to shitpost i usually get bored very quickly of waiting like legit 2 minutes for my thread to get posted or rather not get posted cause i mistyped captcha or got banned ip and so on

That's true. I usually switch proxies if one is too slow. I also curate a list of unbanned and fast proxies to cycle through to make it easier. That way I can quickly churn out threads and evade bans without having to test a new proxy each time
