I unironically support planned parenthood. the majority of them are in cities and inner cities where those people live, and are more likely to want to get an abortion. also they do have std education which is a good thing considering how it strains the healthcare system and is easily prevented. also I went to one for std testing once. interesting experience, I was the only guy there. got some different kinds of condoms for free, they even had some flavored ones.
